This light spongecake can be used as basis for so many cake variations, and goes well with tea or fruits. I used it as a basis for Victoria spongecake, Swedish cake Prinsesstarta, with butter-cream icing, apricot glaze and just simply with powdered sugar on top. I missed my blogging community! Hi guys, I hope that all of you are doing well and enjoying the winter. It’s minus 21C in Toronto and it feels like winter is just starting all over 🙂 I have been so busy with school and work lately that I didn’t have time to post..but my cooking/ baking did not stop.
