Spicy parmesan cheese puffs (Gougeres)

2015-09-01 09.50.50Let’s enjoy the last warm days of the summer to the fullest. It is Friday, before long weekend and the weather is ridiculously gorgeous here.

Dinner and/or lunch picnic in the park is the most summery thing ever to me (and so romantic 🙂 ). I plan to make butternut squash soup and this much loved in our house spicy parmesan cheese puffs. Grab a blanket, frisbee, board game and go the High park that is 5 minutes away from home. Follow my suggestion guys 🙂 and enjoy your weekend and outdoors!  Continue reading “Spicy parmesan cheese puffs (Gougeres)”

Tarte au Fromage (French goat cheesecake)

I found an amazing French cookbook dating back to 1943. One of the recipes that I would like to share with you guys today is Tarte au Fromage, French cheesecake that made in the Pitou Charante region of France. Doesn’t  it sound like an awesome experiment to try out? 🙂

Fear is the real enemy. So I got up…got out in the real world and kicked that bastard as hard as I could square in the teeth” “When you find yourself doubting how far you can go…Remember how far you have come. Remember the times you have won and the challenges you have overcome…”
